Having started my medical billing career in early 1999, I am passionate about my work! Entering the medical billing field in chiropractic, and have expanded my expertise into mental health, general practice, and PT/OT. With demonstrated success in healthcare as both an administrator and medical biller for over 20 years, I started my own medical billing service in 2015. Helping doctors and patients regain control of their benefits, accounts and maintaining a healthy A/R has been ultimately fulfilling. Constantly learning and staying up-to-date in the field thru continuing education has kept me in sync with not just medical billing requirements, but medical compliance and insurance regulation. Becca has an associate’s degree in accounting and began her career in financial services. With 12 years in a financial setting she created a strong foundation for understanding patient accounts. In 2015 she graduated with her CPC and began her career in medical coding. Over the years she has worked every aspect of medical administration from scheduling, data entry, coding and billing. Her specialties include: Ambulance billing, Pediatrics, Mental health, Hospital and SNF billing. Becca’s goal every day is to make your life easier by streamlining procedures and helping your office to be more efficient with patient accounts!

Kim Pavlik

Billing Assistant/Patient Account Representative

Kim’s first 15 years of medical administrative experience was spent in credentialing and intra-office communications working to credential surgical providers with the hospital. She is exceptionally accurate and detail oriented and spends most of her time with us completing data entry for just about everything that needs to be done manually, from posting payments to completing insurance contract applications. She is also handles most of our patient calls, reaching out to your patients to update insurance details or account info.

Our lead biller has worked in the medical billing service industry for more than 17 years, including 15 years working within chiropractic and physical therapy services. While serving as director for a large mental health group practice, she worked closely with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois to identify issues with reimbursement and contribute to significant improvements in reimbursement for professional mental health claims.
